Our address is The Master Shipwright’s House, Watergate Street, Deptford, London SE8 3JF.

Our nearest stations are Deptford (train), New Cross (overground), and Canada Water (tube).

There is very limited parking nearby, but there are plenty of railings opposite the building for bikes.

Access & Entry

There is step-free access to the gardens and outdoor auditorium; however, due to the heritage status of the building, there is no step-free access to the interior.

There is always security at our public events, and we always operate bag-checks to make sure no alcohol purchased offsite is brought into the Shipwright.

Opening Times

We open to the public 2 hours before the advertised start time of each public event.

Although each event is different, we aim to have no amplified music after midnight.

Bookings

We do not take bookings for food or drink before performances.
