We’re throwing a Tudor house party baby! Dance all day, witness mind-blowing, blood-pumping performance, revel and rave at this riverside day-party with DJs from Adonis, NYC Downlow, and genre-pushing Turner Prize Nominated Black Obsidian Sound System.
Curated by by the truly iconic Gideon Berger, this unforgettable (free!) daytime offer gives you a spectacular takeover of Deptford’s only beach-front Tudor mansion, right on the bank of the Thames, complete with the largest garden you’ve seen in Zone 2, outdoor stages, nourishment, and you!
Let’s be honest, you’ll want to stay all night, but this Sunday party wraps up at 6pm, with the Jubilee Line, and London Overground stations only a skip down the road.

The Queer Sound System is part of We Are Lewisham’s Sound System Trail.
Lewisham Sound System Trail comprises a trail of sound systems placed in venues and outdoor locations across Deptford and New Cross, celebrating Lewisham’s role in sound system culture and the importance of the sound system as a sanctuary for diverse communities such as Lewisham’s GM, LGBTQI+, DIY, Punk and global communities.
Featuring Turner Prize Nominees Black Obsidian Sound System, Unit 137 and WWFM & Lemon Lounge, Lewisham Sound System Trail spans an array of musical styles reflecting our diverse community from earth shaking dub, roots reggae, global sounds, modern bass, electronic and dance music.
This event is free and non-ticketed – come along to one event or meander between them all over the course of the afternoon.
